Not such a bad place.

I am going for a draw at Anfield and us to get to the final.

Original quota was about 5500 but sales were pretty slow, with people waiting to see how many we lost by in the home leg - but even after the win there were plenty of tickets left, so the club returned 3 Blocks (The normal away bit) so only about 3500 going.

Normally I’d say that would be a bloody good effort mid week, but, it is HT in a semi final FFS (and you could get a Brucie bonus of 30 mins plus penalties free!! Please God don’t let that happen!!). I know work committments, family committments, financial restraints, hairwashing day, therapy meetings, dog to walk, budgie to feed, monkey to spank etc all into play … but we took over 5000 to Sheffield 2 seasons ago for a Q/F. Maybe it was that match that has put off many people. Such high expectations, only to be kicked in the bollix by one of the worst performances I’ve ever seen.

Well done to everybody travelling up and hope you get a great performance and result for your efforts. #COYS

Barry is already attending the match to shout at Puel that his tactics are utterly useless*, TBF to him.

*Note: this is Baz’s view, not mine. Or that of anyone who saw the first leg. Or the game v Leicester. Or who watched MOTD2. But never mind that, he is entitled to go and vent his spleen, and should be applauded for doing that despite being very wrong.

IF we get a result up there, could someone video the moment that Barry makes his way down to the front and tells the players they are all inbred cunts?

"We few, we happy few, we band of brothers;
For he to-day that drinks his beer with me
Shall be my brother; be he ne’er so vile,
This day shall gentle his condition;
And gentlemen in England now a-bed
Shall think themselves accurs’d they were not here,
And hold their manhoods cheap whiles any speaks
That drank with us upon Saint Anfield day."

Let me know if you need a hand holding your cheap manhood, Bletch. :lou_lol:

Just found a scouser on board $20.00 bet with him who ever goes through wins the money.

Quietly confident we’ll get a result tonight. I can see us nicking one on the break to put us through and then laugh when all the media focus wil be why the Scousers lost as opposed to how the Mighty Saints won.

Looks like Clyne may be out for the Scousers and they have to draft in a nipper to replace him. Hoping Dusan can cause them all sorts of problems down our left.

It’s getting sunnier the further North I get. I think that’s a sign.

it’s probably a sign you’re going in the wrong direction

It was a sign. A sign of false hope. Cunting trains.
