Steak and ale with short crust pastry, creamy mash, mushy peas and gravy is hard to beat though.

I am lucky to have a butcher close to home. Recently purchased, for the BBQ, amazing pork kebabs. They had been marinated in chilli and coffee. Yep, coffee. Bloody brilliant!
My local bakery does the BEST Ned Kelly pie I’ve had. Have to say that this bakery is a little known gem that sits in the shade of it’s crappier, more popular bakery that has a better location

We have an epic sauce here local company - Jalapeno Sauce.
It is basically Thousand Island Dressing without any capers and a shit load of Jalapeno.
Bloody lovely on Burgers, local Schniztel thingys etc
