A special mention for the effort today - the crushing of Glamorgan is the highpoint of a dismal season.

Or the total crushing of Somerset on Fri eve in the T20. Hants 181-3. Bowled them out for 98 in 15 overs. The last few games have been excellent.

Some very decent performances in our last few matches.

Perhaps all may not be lost this season after all?

Have we got a game today?

Yeah, Phil, we’ve got Somerset at home in our last One Day Cup fixture. Win that and we’re definitely through to the quarter-finals. Mind you, there’s a lot of rain about so it might be touch and go whether the game goes ahead.

I have not been keeping up with all the rules and regs if it is rained off do we qualify or how many permutations are there that we need to know about

Two points for a win, Phil, but don’t ask me how they work out run-rate!

Top four in group go through to quarter-finals.

I think.
