I tried the cheese ice cream it taste like very cold cheese covered popcorn.
It would not sell well in the UK even though it is made by Walls.

Highly recommended. I added sundried tomatoes and dates rather than apricots.
Would also have used preserved lemons if I had any, but normal ones were fine.
