carrots cooked for ten minutes then sauted in butter with magi seasoning and celery powder absolutely delicious
Dinner this evening or lunchtime for you lot
Sirloin beef chopped with onion tomatoe and garlic marinated in terriyaki sauce and fresh honey to be served with rice and Paratha bread

Cooking of it is like less than 5 minutes in a hot wok
