We bought a ninja thingy that has more modes than a dslr camera

I was adamant that we wouldn’t get one but we were replacing our slow cooker and this thing does that and pressure cooking and air frying so we thought what the fuck

It looks like the bastard child of R2D2 and sounds like standing on film set of top gun when frying

It does beige food brilliantly - but I am not going all in and cooking a full dinner in there

Pleasantly surprised how good mine is - meaning easy to cook. Use it much more than I thought I would

Haven’t cooked a decent Chinese meal for ages, but tonight did Hoisin and ginger duck, teriyaki chicken, crispy chilli beef and chicken cashew chow mein, with egg fried rice.

Pleased to say my talents have not deserted me.

Cooking up a storm today (home made doner kebabs from the curry guy)

One ingredient is onion juice - grate then squeeze through muslin

Turns out that onion juice, if left for half an hour or so congeals and looks like man juice

The ayatollah has gone green and vegan
