We had an ex-pat friend over from Portugal a couple of weekends ago and he really misses UK curries.
He bought the original book after I did a spiced up Butter Chicken with all the trimmings (not Yorkshires, roasties and veg btw)
We had a chicken version of his Lamb Saag tonight - so good
