I know air fryers are totally trendy and I was sceptical.
But tonight in the motorhome with the rain pissing down and outdoor cooking abandoned, I created a pork and veg tray bake, but done totally in the air fryer.
Best tray bake ever.

Me thinks this creates an element of bias towards anything that is hot and cooked in the dry?
Iāve barbequed in the rain many a time, but didnāt get the urge tonight.
