Before hand was pork chop and rice found a platter of it in the fridge so got a plate to be washed down with coca cola 🥲

Traditional NYE lasagne assembled. Now sits for 6 hours to develop sumptuousness before going in the oven.

Cooking this little lot tonight:

Not tried it before, but the pork is simmering gently on the hob as I type. Doing a baked Camembert as a starter so will be fair pogged come midnight.
