Glaze with about half a pint of maple syrup, couple of tablespoons of mustard (whatever you fancy-I’m going for Dijon this year), couple of tablespoons or soy sauce and a couple of worcestershire sauce.
That’s the fella!

Bottled a load of sloe gin the other day. Four litres left pretty sharp, to be mixed with lemonade (my ever-loving wife’s favourite) and a 75cl bottle sweetened up to be a liqueur. Yum.
Yep finished bottling my Sloe Gin two days ago…2.5 litres…mostly for me.
Potatoes peeled and part boiled. 3 hours of drying out. Now in fridge ahead of tomorrow. Job done before the big day and moisture is the enemy of crispy roasties
