Try this. Itâs different, easy and great.
Chinese sticky hoisin and sesame traybake
Marinate strips of chicken in hoisin sauce, honey, sesame oil, Chinese five spice, garlic, ginger and a splash of rice vinegar.
Throw on a tray 200c for 10 minutes. Add cashews, spring onions, plus anything else you fancy ( I used Chinese mushrooms, water chestnuts and red pepper).
5 mins more.
Done. Serve with rice or noodles.

One thing living abroad cured me of is drinking Tea
I tried to keep going with Lipton Yellow Label & Tetleys but nope.
Tried the green stuff, flowery stuff nope, just gone from my needs.
I mean, why have tea when you have Vodka?

And coffe is required on the odd days we have to go to work if not working a vodka or rum can be added to it with no detrimental effect to the drink.
