This from Jamie Oliver

Mrs CS has this cutting in a cook book for a few years and instructed me to cook it (there’s a vid of how to do it online and you can use whatever sausages you like. I used Chorizo flavoured ones from Waitrose- ( other retailers are available )

Seemed to work really well, tasted fantastic until right at the end when adding the balsamic vinegar and ricotta just made it cloying to taste. Mrs CS and Young Adult #2 really liked it though.

Young Adult #1 is out up in that there London having pizza and cocktails- obviously had a premonition.

Got given his ā€œ5 ingredientsā€ cookbook a while back. Great if you have a massive store cupboard, but a pile of wank otherwise. Don’t think I’ve cooked anything from it tbh.

Not a great fan these days either.Seemed to be too much trying to be ā€œaspirational and cleverā€. The masses seemed to love it, but where is his business empire now?
