Mrs CS has this cutting in a cook book for a few years and instructed me to cook it (thereās a vid of how to do it online and you can use whatever sausages you like. I used Chorizo flavoured ones from Waitrose- ( other retailers are available )
Seemed to work really well, tasted fantastic until right at the end when adding the balsamic vinegar and ricotta just made it cloying to taste. Mrs CS and Young Adult #2 really liked it though.
Young Adult #1 is out up in that there London having pizza and cocktails- obviously had a premonition.
