šŸ“ŗ GOOD SHOWS (no capeshit pls)

Not tonight, give me a couple of hours and Mr Alcohol will be my beshtest fren Inna world…

Name dropping thread?

No. For your own sanity, no.

Not with my World Golf Championship coming up in 3 weeks.

Glad someone else loved Eureka.

Andy the robot Deputy having Sex every night with an AI house would probably tax even Bearsy’s imagination, let alone Fargo bonking the hologram Holly before she got 3D printed back to life.

Planet Earth II starts next month. I like that.

Planet Earth II cunt.

See what I did there? I took what you said, then flip reversed it back on you, just like all the clever (lazy) screenwriters do in all the big films these days :lou_wink_2:

you’re going to regret saying that when David Attenborough finally dies.

Why would I regret calling you a cunt when David Attenborough dies? :lou_wink_2:

Loving series 3 of Black Mirror, as I have the first 2 series. Just watched the 3rd one in the series, very dark indeed!

The thing about this program by Charlie Brooker, is you can imagine the things happening in real life. Very 1984 or the circle books.

Brilliant and worth a watch for sure.

The premise of the first episode of season one has been eroded by revelations since.

I mean, a Prime Minister having sexual relationships with a live pig to save a member of the Royal Family. How unrealistic.

It’s dead pigs, thank you very much. And it’s to get into an elite drinking club. It’s the ritual before the sacrifice to Mephistopheles. The devil’s in the details, Brooker.

Containment has now finushed. Not a bad show and not likely to become 20 seasons long.

Good characters & performances in the Cop dropped in shit part of the story, decent plot twists and a worringly believable concept.

Decent entertainment but imho was kind of stretched too thin. Conspiracy hiding conspiracy to pad out 11 episodes when it could have been 8.

Worth watching? Yeah but not before Preacher, Westworld & the much maligned on here Lucifer.

This is very good indeed

Westworld.

So. Up to episode 4 we" all knew the story" we knew what & why" yeah we had a twist after 10 minutes of episode 1 but we knew…

Episode 4 hang on that’s odd" but we know.

Then the glass of wine moment and ah ha maybe we know this…

Then episode 5. And we are Jon Snow.

So Bearsy review more bewbs minges & flaccid Willies than an entire series of GoT. But still there is mote.

Oh God NO! Chin girl is becoming hot smaller bewbs than… Oops sorry

5 changes the game. Finally I know that this is going to be epic TV.

Ex Machina, Through the Looking Glass, Pandoras box, the canvas coukd become huge this is superb TV.

Ed Harris & Anthony Hopkins finally step up to the plate.

Save this like a fine wine savour the early moments it’s gonna rock

It’s interesting show i suppose, but i’m not v.invested. We’ve met a lot of ppl, but I don’t care about any of them. I’m not rooting for anyone to achieve whatever the fuck it is they are trying to achieve. Most of them seem like cunts. I don’t care if they live or die. It’s a lot like real life.

I’m enjoying it so far, there’s a load of questions posed storywise. I’m just hoping its not another ā€œLostā€ and they have an idea where it’s going.

I am liking The Missing more and more. Threw us another curved ball last night right at the end. Great stuff.

Also I would like to put a shout out for House of Lies which starts its last series tonight. Don Cheadle’s ex wife Monica has to be the muckiest tart (just for you Duckhunter) on TV ever and most of the characters are plain batshit crazy. Great stuff.

I was starting to lose interest in Westworld but it picked up this week. Even Mrs Sog looked up from her iPad when that huge penis appeared! Hopefully it will now start living up to its potential.

Gotta give some love to Rick and Morty, now on Netflix.

Think Doc Brown and Marty McFly, except Rick is an amoral crazed scientist with little concern for life and limb, and Morty is a simple fourteen year old lad that so far (three episodes in) has had his legs broken, has smuggled interdimensional drugs in his rectal cavity and has had to escape from the innards of a dead hobo.

Brilliantly inventive, a stellar voice cast. Check it out.
