We got in. Had to get there at 6.45 to be able to do that.
We found @pap and Ginge’s tent earlier and spent a bit of time with them. Sat in the shade of strummerville, then a bit of South East and Glade then back up to Strummerville.
Feet are killing me so going to crash as still 3 more packed days to go.

Some of the secret sets are on small stages so if a big name is on it can get crowded. In 2017 they had to close the John Peel stage as it was rammed. Also a Radiohead set in the Park.
You also have to queue to get into the south east area at night now.
Venue held 500. It was in a glade so shady. People had been there all day. Then 5000 turned up - were never getting in.
Instead we’ve seen 5 bands from tap dancing one man band to Rap to Brass Band hip hop to EDM and this.
Epic day 30km walked.

Wish I’d packed trainers!
This was a day. Now? Wishing I packed gloves & thermals
Very weird
Sounds like an airport, but you get good music, some new finds hopefully and despite the weather forecasts a storm tomorrow night.
Beats working
Yeah I have my heat tech top and leggings for evenings, hat, gloves and a warm jacket. So far not had to crack out the hat and gloves.
My partner and I talk quietly in campsites. Unlike the rest of the people around us. Could have had about another hour of sleep if not for them pesky mancunians.

And what sort of cvnt switches their car alarm on when parking at a Festival 3 of them near us in a car park been going off since Wednesday.
2 nights in a row couldn’t find earplugs took 20 mins to get into sleeping bag.
Gotta ease up on late night vodkas
You are obviously not drinking enough.
Apparently the loud mancunians were super loud in the early hours. Didn’t hear them at all. My earplugs are great. Plus I can usually sleep through anything.
We are near Love Fields. The uber luxurious “glamping”. So we get regular helicopter noise for all those guests who just cannot face the car. Thankfully it is a v small number of them.
My mate’s garden is the heli port.
We are at Other stage between sound desk & disabled viewing platform left side as you look at stage.
