I’m remaining hopeful. The weather is the difference between Glastonbury being a holiday and being an ordeal

It’s fun either way, but I’d rather have more fun.

In bad weather years I have almost enjoyed it more as we move about less so see bands would never have on our lists Seasick Steve & Gossip spring to mind

One of my better snaps :sunglasses:
I’m not in it obvs.

I enjoyed a Gossip set at Reading some while back. They’re at Somerset house I believe but not sure I’d pay solely to see them.

But…

This is so on the money, I’ll be honest, I hope its sunny for you but will laugh if its pissing it down whilst I am boozing it up in the garden.

Bugger.
Where am I gonna find Salted Caramel flavoured battery acid at this late hour?

Also in the rain Baz?

So will we.

But actually we will not as they’re a pain in a crowd. We will just wear our water proofs and wellies then listen to the live music.

Brollies are for in between gigs & when needing a smoke.
Poundland ponchos are the gig wear of choice over Goretex rain jackets

How can you get a dose in one of those numbers? Apart from self inflicted thrush…

Won’t you be in the marquee?

Nah back garden which is bog standard.

He’ll be putting up his gazebo no doubt :+1:

Now you’re talking! You up for this Bazza?

Fuck that stab fest up there, joking not this festival, probably be ok I’d say, not that I’d go. The one thing you can guarantee is it’ll be a laugh and unpretentious.

Apart from the tunnels to Argentina and Germany.
