Personal views shouldn’t come into anyting when there is a right or wrong, am I missing something?
Barry makes a fair point - but perhaps not the one he intended. His comment on my post reflects he either a) failed understand it (possible) or b) is trolling for a response (highly likely) c) has misinterpreted the meaning
Barry likes to criticise those that ‘interpret’ his posts as they see them - typically as the rather sad windup, with more than a whiff if casual racism… he violently disputes this naturally…
yet he is happy to ‘misinterpret’ other posts yet gets a bit miffed about us ‘misinterpreting’ his… classic trolling
I did and it should have stopped there but the read as a reasoning, there is no wind up, people say wind up as a sort of protection sheild and mask and alllows them to continue on a holier than thou quest. the rest of that basically said if pushed then people snap and say things, they do but do they say that? Wow, this all went from mildly amusing to dull as fuck pretty quickly.

For what it’s worth I do think that people need to play the post and not the poster, and some people need to learn to suck it up and not angrily reply to every little thing that they disagree with - as adults we should all be able to that even if we’re relatively anonymous on a forum.
