Apparently Fonte was interviewed on Talksport this morning and when asked if he had handed in a transfer request asked what exactly do you mean by transfer request? Didnt hear it myself, did anyone else?
If he doesn’t understand the concept of a transfer request I’d be concerned about his ability to grasp complex stuff like tactics and positioning.
Maybe Osvaldo was right when he stuck his nut on him.

There are some stories going around about two Premiership players playing away from home and that their wives made them engineer a transfer to a club a long way away from their club.
If this is true then I can not see it being Fonte as you could hardly say the east end of London is a long way from Southampton.
Still Essex girls are said to be classier as they prefer to have sex with the light out.So you must remember to close the car door.
I heard that one of these players was Gaston Ramirez, hence his transfer request to join Leicester. He must have been in a world of shit with his Mrs if he requested to go and live in Leicester. You can only assume that he has never been there before.
Funnily enough I used to bump in to Paul Konchesky at the gym (during international breaks) and I once asked him what he was doing in Essex when playing for Leicester. To which he replied, “Leicester is a right shot hole and I try to spend as little time there as possible”. Fair enough!

Over on the Dark Side someone has just posted that VVD has recently bought a house near Winchester and his partner has just had a baby. They say he has said he doesnt want to move for a couple of years (didnt specify house or club). Could be bollocks but good news if true.
