It is different to others the feel is different. Maybe thatâs why I liked it.
Seen Space Sweepers yet?

Seen Space Sweepers yet?
Iâve seen the trailer & itâs on the list.
Ah so this is what I was trying to say
Watching Total Recall 2012. Itâs set in the future, and theyâre all wearing masks.
How remarkably prescient
Really?
Twat
I believe the 2012 bit refers to the year this version was made, mâlud. In order to differentiate it from the schwarzenegger one.
Watched some oldies yesterday.
Had never seen
The Constant Gardener for some reason. Superb
For the Love of the Game - Kevin Costner Baseball drama. Meh, Sunday afternoon sh1t when the Great Escape isnât on. Too much drama not enough Baseball
Meh! Any cheap shot
Have no idea what youâre on about or what Iâm wittering about. Too many shandies
True story.
On a drunken âbusiness tripâ to Galway we had a stop over in Dublin on the way back. In a pub in Temple Bar and met THE actual âextra/actressâ who played Sylvester Stallone AND Colin Farrell going through Passport Control.
Possibly my most random name drop moments ever.
She was a bloody good laugh and no, we never got THAT drunk
Actress- WTAF???
It was touch & go. Luckily, myself & Damascus Saint had filled our boots with a Beef Boxty at Gallaghers Boxty House. Bashirâs Bazza just had a smoked Salmon salad.
It took all of our experience and some funky moves while some Brit murdered Danny Boy at Karaoke to stop Bâs Bazza marrying her on the spot & taking her home.
The things i had to do for Corporate 'MuricaâŚ
But the actress??
I donât judge.
Thatâs what she said she wasâŚ
As a label, in these times. Iâll take that.
Any other description then the innerweb Gods could shoot me
Right. Good night
There are some cute young ladies doing dance stuff in skimpy outfits at a DiscoPolo gig from 2019.
I hate DiscoPolo, butâŚ
Thereâs skimpy and
And Iâm going to change my name to Tallulah Saint (actually he/she decided that we wonât but we will not be bound by gender stereotypes- I have a dick btw
)
The Oscar nominations are in.
BBC News - Oscars nominations 2021: Brits, diversity and female directors rewarded
So I have decided it is time to watch some of them.
The Trial of the Chicago 7.
Is a very good film.
Perhaps it is just a bit âfrivolousâ or light, but then the trial itself was such a farce.
Sacha Baron Cohen is very good, as is Eddie Redmayne.
Worth a watch.
More will follow
I canât believe Iâm about to say this, but I re-watched Independence Day on the projector last night and thoroughly enjoyed it.
Pre-armed with the knowledge of the rather dubious ending, you can just sit back and enjoy the 'splosions. Iâve always liked the fact that Randy Quaid turned out crazier than the character he plays in this film.
So next up on my projector is a film youâll all know, perhaps even love.
I am talking about the Alissa Milano vehicle Commando, 1985, also starring Arnie.
Everybody knows how fucking gloriously vacant this movie is. For me, the most unrealistic thing isnât any of the action stuff, or the fact that Arnie finds an RPG in a rifle shop or even in any of the highly contrived one-liners.
Itâs the fact that someone would name their child something they could not say themselves.
Now if youâll excuse me, I must rescue Chenny.
Watching The Exorcist III at the moment, seen it a few times over the years but always worth seeing again for Brad Dourifâs performance, and in my opinion itâs better than the first Exorcist.
You are Exorcist II : The Heretic.
I think it all depends on when you find it. The first Exorcist made quite an impression on my mum. For years, she said it was the scariest film sheâd ever seen in her life. She was 14 when she saw it.
