📽 Films I have seen

I’m doing you a favour mate, saving you a couple of hours you wouldn’t get back. It’s terrible. :smile::smile:

Rotten Tomato terrible or just shit?

There’s a Indiana Jones rip off on Apple TV at the moment, “Fountain of Youth” that has terrible reviews.
I nearly got conned into watching it, which is understandable, as I thought it was a documentary. :rofl:

Both. :worried::smile::smile:

It is a film that makes National Treasure look like the greatest film ever made.

However. In its defence, the tunnels in the Pyramids are remarkably accurately depicted. Apart from the knee wrecking climb to reach the first entrance

(Obviously being me I had the full VIP Tour. I’d tell you what I saw but I don’t want to have to kill you)

Really looking forward to this one.

Just for @lifeintheslowlane

Fountain of Youth review

New Guy Ritchie movie brutally branded ‘one of 2025’s worst films’

The bird’s away for a few days visiting her daughter, so I’ve used the evenings to catch up on some of the DVDs left to me by a late friend who was an avid film buff. Quite an eclectic collection, most of which were new to me. Saturday night saw this one in the Blu-ray…

Fucking hell. :dizzy_face::dizzy_face::dizzy_face:

Prime Video
Deep Cover

Sort of Action Comedy.

Improv Comedians go undercover.

One of those going wrong comedies

We are all having lol moments.

Great cast lovely silly situational comedy

Nick Mohammed is brilliant deadpan and Orlando is quite class…

Good movie with a plethora of “A list” celebs

Looking back I loved how it had that vibe of the very old Ealing Comedy Crime caper films in a modern world.

May watch again with the Salisbury guys this week

The Amateur
Prime
Remi Malik as Liam Neeson in a film you think you have seen before
Except it isn’t
It’s a tidy little conspiracy thriller filmed across Europe that just has a hint of something different

It was not shit.
