He’ll probably be a prolific tea leaf and causing all sorts of upset with low level crime in the area you live. Also likely he’ll be well known to the Police, so they’ll look to get him nicked and off the streets. I’d say making the statement would be the right thing to do. The Police are only doing their job. The next thing he nicks could be a lot more painful for someone else and who knows what else he could be up to.
