Well done Wigan…BTW who was the other club?

The good thing about this is I had a double on Man Utd and Saints both winning

Well. … after an absolutely dire first half, that was a much improved second. Still not great but much better.

Get the fvck in

OK I will get my begging in now.

In a quality bit of Goaty planning I have not only booked a romantic weekend away for the day of the FA Cup final but I have also managed to arrange a weekend in London with Kid Goat on the weekend of the Semi Final.

So, does anyone have access to a season ticket for an under 18 that cannot attend the semi?

Kid Goat will love it!

Right, anyone up for pre/ post drinks for the Semi-final?

You were saying?

Second goal was fucking lovely. Redmond’s part in it was excellent, but Cedric’s determination and finish was a fucking wonder to see.

We may as well play Corbyn up front.

Much better second half. Hopefully something to build on but a trip to Wembley - woohoo! Fair play to Wigan. Good performance

In my defence we didn’t go behind :lou_lol:

Laughing at the commentators in their big coats, the big jesses.

They look like a Flashers Convention.

The tramps in Liverpool will be smiling tonight

Yes we won, but let’s not let Martin Keown off the hook, the former Highbury gargoyle was allowing nonesense to pour out everytime his droopy mouth fell open…

He clearly confused corners with goals and thought Wigan had hammered us in the first half despite McCarthy not breaking a sweat, and after one of their half-chances that they didn’t even fashion a shot from, he described it as akin to the goal of the season - presumably because they had Franz Beckenbauer playing for them.

Did the Wigan player in question also refuse to cooperate with a corruption enquiry?

I see no footballing reason for the comparison.

All in all, Keown had a shocker today, though I did appreciate his introduction of a new word - I shall be utilising the term whippage in as many future posts as possible.

Our best hope is that he spits at some chavvy kids on the way home and we never have to suffer that level of drivel again.
