If thereās any consolation to be taken here, itās that weāve looked as good a side as the dippers for huge swathes of this game. The difference has been the quality of finishing, weāve simply missed too many great chances and theyāve missed none.

On balance it was a good performance. Moments of good play. Moments of poor finishing but the score didnāt reflect how close it was. Shame really but at least Leicester are still in it so thereās hope for the Champo title

Good 1st half. If we can finish then weāre 3-1 up at half time and the tempo of the game is different. 2nd half we are under the cosh because we give away territory. But this wouldnt matter so much if weāre up at HT.

We played but are invisible to the media and powers that be. Kloppās children are all that can be talked about.
Do we have a strikerās coach? If we have, heās stealing a living, if we havenāt we should appoint one pronto. All the moaning in the world doesnāt detract from the fact that you canāt go to places like Anfield and miss a hat full of golden chances the way we did tonight and expect to get anything out of the game. We should have been two or three goals to the good by half time, shockingly wasteful. I will be slated for the crime of heresy now, but credit where itās due and all that, Klopp was very complimentary about The Saints after the game describing us as a top side, also much credit is given to us by Liverpool supporters on various match report HYSās.

I have never heard Anfield go so quiet so fast as last night Mara staying onside and everything changes. When we played out we ripped their high line to shreds.
It was very disappointing but also encouraging
