Not really an issue, as UEFA, FIFA and country FAs can still prevent those sides from taking part in their competitions… it mightn’t stop them, but it will make it a legal minefield… what about clubs who’s players have contracts that reward for Champions league appearances, or players with additional transfer fees due on number of CL or PL appearances etc…
There are so many legal issues here given player contracts are with these clubs… and you can bet the PFA will be defending players rights to play in both…
What jurisdiction does a Spanish court have over Uefa / Fifa - they are swiss organisations aren’t they?
The Spanish court might be able to stop the Spanish FA do something - that said, the dirty dozen have had plenty of time to get their legal ducks lined up - Uefa are still trying to work out what hit them

My guess is this could most likely be derailed by a local council as a court.
Refusing to grant a licence to stage non-authorised football.
It seems that the only way this does stop will be clubs smelling the coffee or Boris.
And the owners will not give a shit.
They will just go offshore and create a world league of their own

I was listening to Novara Media’s coverage on this, a lefty channel.
One thing that did amuse me is that they said that this felt the closest to country had come to revolution. I laughed.
