Trip to the GP today to get antibiotics for the chest infection that I thought wrongly I had got rid of. I know only too well how this goes if I don’t treat it, ended up in FPH twice

I wonder.

Is the Vaccine also to blame for the unprecedented spate of comedy goals being conceded in football matches this season?
We need to know!

I have had a chesty cough for 6 weeks now. Got antibiotics on 30th December for 5 days, taking me up to 4th January. Convinced it was better but not 100% but doctor said over the phone that you are coughing up is just clearing the chest and throat of crap. Here we are 4 days later and the cough has been bad all day. Seems to be one day I think it is improving and the next it is bad again! I think the antibiotics should have been a longer course.

Clients gave me a Bronchial infection 10 days ago.
Just starting to clear that up and Bosh a sinus infection - caused we think by a recurrence of a fungal infection in the bedroom from a fault on the damp course we are waiting to get fixed.
Nightmare
Cant get through to a Doc for antibiotics everyone here is sick

Sooo it seems these excess deaths aren’t just the UK but common worldwide, Hmmm what could be a common factor here?

I think we need to be very careful here in how this moves forward and here’s why. IF there is some causational link between the excess deaths and a PARTICULAR vaccine, we must not feed the anti-vaxxers:

  1. It seems this applies at this stage to one vaccine only… so care must be taken to ensure this does not become ā€˜vaccines are bad’ as opposed to re-evaluation of a specific vaccine.

  2. Even if a causational link is established, what is the REAL RISK and how does this compare to prognostic factors in the same sub-populations of COVID infection? What is the real risk/benefit ratio with this specific vaccine?

  3. The current excess deaths are still well below the excess deaths seen during the heights of COVID pandemic. At that time the anti-vaxxers were claiming that that there were no excess deaths and the data was showing nothing different to natural yearly variation/spikes - I suspect the anti-vaxxers will want it both ways ( conspiracy theorists usually do)

  4. If there is an issue with the Pfizer vaccine, it will be withdrawn - these things happen as no new drug is 100% safe, but the adverse event profile is always placed in context for risk of not treating/level of unmet clinical need, but I suspect there will be a huge amount of scaremongering and misinformation

  5. Dr Campbell has been a strong advocate of vaccination throughout and he remains so - and will remain so even if there is a need to withdraw a vaccine in future. The fact he is clear on need to evaluate the excess deaths to see if there is an issue, does NOT detract from the value of vaccination

I say all the above as someone who has had significant health issues since a bout of COVID back in 2020 which has flared AFTER having had the Pfizer Vaccine and this has been reported to GP etc. GP is under legal obligation to record this as a potential AE associated with vaccine, even if it is not and report this to both the company manufacturing the vaccine and the MHRA - its how pharmacovigilance works

Despite this, I remain and always will an advocate of vaccination - these vaccines have saved lives

Will be interesting to see what data is eventually released on long term Adverse events associated with the Pfizer vaccine - but hopefully it will not stope folks seeking vaccination…

Another point would be that we this could be a a result of a COVID infection as opposed to the vaccination, so this is why its important to see the data, but will probably be difficult to establish given many folks had COVID without any symptoms or diagnosis, yet there could be longer term clinical implications… which is what I may be suffering from?

Yes it is the easy option to point the finger at vaccines but it is but one of many factors that should be properly investigated. As Dr. John’s posters say ā€œFollow The Evidence Wherever it Leadsā€ rules out nothing as data is accumulated.

He’s had a couple of his videos removed by YouTube despite them consisting of pier-reviewed papers from trusted online medical journals. That rings alarm bells for me.

That is an issue as only though transparency and education can the anti-vaxxers be convinced. My worry is that if there is a caustional link, that the level of risk is inflated and not placed in context of need/benefit.

Yep as Dr. John has said from the beginning of Covid, every medical intervention carries a risk. Every medicine has to be evaluated of risk against benefit.

I’m glad I took the Vaccine, and I’m glad I didnt take the 3rd booster.

I am growing concerned that a lot of what could be described as ā€œfacts that dont look goodā€ are coming out.

Not efficacy or just excess death stuff, more from alleged Pfizer documents. There is some truth in the anti-vax line ā€œit didn’t stop transmissionā€ and lots of talking heads at the time who said it would. For me it was never about that - it was reducing my risk of dying from it. Your PR and let’s face it SM dependent populace in general dont have much ā€œnousā€ these days.

I think MLT is still firing badly aimed Shotgun blasts when actually there could be legitimate targets to go after/question.
Throwing so much shit at the wall means everyone can avoid it/deflect.
But something may not be quite right…

Paranoid @Polski_Filip ?

Me& Mrs C_S have had four and no side effects & yes most of them have been Pfizer šŸ¤·šŸ¼

But is it true? If it is where/who is investigating it?

Bollox… sadly, because all REAL AES need to be clearly understood, but when these cunts spread shite … eventually no one believes the real data…but onus is also on manufacturers to be fully transparent

Its because the chinches of such AEs are still tiny when compared to number of doses given - so it comes down to whether the risk benefit ratio is good

Which vaccine?, all, pfizer, which country? What evidence, as you cannot trial this as there is no possible control of looking at an isolated population with that was not in lock down and was all unvaccinated… It Will have helped prevent transmission, but issue was so many did not take vaccine and delays getting it to folks… eg I only received my fist dose well after many vulnerable folks were still awaiting dose 2 with efficacy of dose 1 waning… So again its a very tricky one to determine

Yep he is being a cunt - folks fell uncomfortable saying so on here because of what he did on the pitch, but spouting bollox especially when he has a way of reaching larger numbers of people is plain cultish…

This is the line that gets trotted out regularly, and still annoys me. It was never suggested that it would stop transmission, or cure the illness. The hope, which turned out to be well founded, was that it would reduce transmission and minimise symptoms of the illness, thereby reducing the death toll. Nobody ever said ā€œeveryone take this injection, and by next week the virus will disappear from the face of the earth.ā€ That’s not how vaccines work.
