So despite spending 2 weeks around sister-in-law (who tested positive on Tuesday), including a 45 min car journey on Monday morning, neither myself nor Mrs Waylander have caught it.

Update on ours, the bird woke up in the small hours with a painful arm. Had to dig out the painkillers for her 
Pfizered up today, didnāt even feel the needle go in, not sure she actually injected meā¦

Any actual positive tests? The bird and I are still getting over bouts of what Iād have sworn was a dose of covid. But weāve been testing relentlessly, daily tests since hers started (she had hers for a couple of weeks, mine was less than a week) and each test has shown negative. Weāve used four separate packs now, so it canāt be down to a duff batch.

Well the current Zoe app data on Covid testing is showing thereās more than twice as many testing have colds rather than Covid so youāre not alone. The symptoms are the same.

Disappointingly Mrs P_F has failed to catch Covid this week and she now has to attend the office party.
She REALLY doesnāt want to go and on top of that, she has been tasked with reviving her old career and singing with the band for much of the evening.
Sheāll get back pissed at about 2am fall over a few times, wake me up and I have a 4am alarm call to drive down to the Mountains to collect clients where they currently have over a metre of snow and more forecast overnight.
I am chucking down Vitamin C pills after freezing my tits off last night and possibly catching an old fashioned chill.

YoungAdult#1 has been laid low with dreaded lurgie for a week.
Has taken tests and was negative- (she was working in a testing lab during the pandemic - not that itās particularly relevant), but sheās been covid jabbed up but didnāt have a flu jab.
At my place thereās a lot of younger people going off with flu - who havenāt had the flu jab - and are self diagnosing itās covid.
Hmmm 
Unofficial management policy is to call Covid self diagnosis without a test as bullshineā¦ š¤·š¼

I had a āfillerā job this afternoon - a contract taking 2 groups of 6 kids from Nursery to swimming lessons. Easy money and a pleasant young lady for company looking after the kids.
School 1 - 1 kid 5 off sick.
School 2 - no kids - all off sick.
Even easier money and damn thatās a lot of coincidence at the same time sick kids

Jeez got a horrid nasal infection, just keeping it from becoming Bronchitis and not helped by working almost 24/7 past 2 weeks.
Clients have it Mrs P_F has it.
