:covid_19: 😷 šŸ„ Coronavirus the thread for all your fears PT II ā“

I suspect that had we been in the EU we would have been pressured into following the EU roll out for the sake of the politics of solidarity

The drugs were made under EU rules, but then they still would be today because we took their rules onto our statute book.

The one thing the fat twat got right was to appoint that woman to run the vaccine task force and she did do a bloody decent job, and accordingly we had more orders in, on more vaccine faster than most others

I think I posted this article at the time, or maybe I even picked it up here:

But it is incredible to me that this hasn’t got more traction.

Except he’s an economist, not a virologist/molecular biologist

His partner on the paper is ā€˜Prof. Neil L. Harrison, a Columbia University professor of molecular pharmacology and therapeutics’. Is molecular pharmacology similar/related to molecular biology?

Apparently he has also done a lot of work with developing countries regarding economic policies on reducing poverty and disease control. From a brief look at their paper his role may have been more to investigate the money trail of which institutes were given grants for viral research. In the paper they state categorically they don’t know for certain if covid 19 naturally evolved or was engineered, but they have claimed that a thorough investigation into the origins of the virus have been hampered by a lack of cooperation from said institutes/the US government and China (from what I can gather anyway).

Yes, Prof Harrison would have the skillset to understand this very complex area.

The paper is a call for clarity over the claims that the enabling technology was transfered to Wuhan from US labs. This is sustainable theory that deserves to be investigated, but the paper clearly states that the disease emerged in Wuhan which makes his line "I’m pretty convinced it came out of a US lab of biotechnology " somewhat inaccurate. The technology may have been transfered under a research agreement with the Wuhan Institute, but IF there was a lab accident it was in Wuhan.

Which all comes back to the World Military games, in Wuhan before Covid ā€œhappenedā€
Athletes fell ill.
And the US Team was from Fort Dettrick

Two people arrived onboard yesterday after having covid tests on tbe beach tbat were negative.
This morning both test positive.
Unit goes into mini lockdown nobody in or out until pcr test carried out by Govt officials on monday and results back on Tuesday.
I was meant to be getting off on Monday arrive UK Tuesday morning. Now on indefinite hold until pcr test comes back negative for the 2 plague rats.

I’m still positive, since Tuesday. Think it’s rife everywhere. Not too bad, permanent fuzzy headache, achy limbs and tired.

I’ve the same but I drank a shit load of beer last night. Off to do the same now….
