Without reading it… is this not an ‘effect’ we would expect… eg the virus has already killed / infected the most vulnerable, so new infections will be in those better able to resist it?
Same as death rate in many countries is now BELOW seasonal average as those that would be expected to die over next few months were already sadly taken early by COVID-19
