The use of masks on Southwestern Trains up to London seems to be slipping.
E.g.Woman opposite took her mask off to talk to her unmasked friend. Then put it back on when said friend got off the train

On the Waterloo and City line at about 8am this morning - tube rammed with office types, in carriage could only see one person with no mask.
Reverse journey at about 3:45 - tube busy. Largely non office types carrying their tools and quite a few mums with kids - I was wearing a mask…
