I was with her for 15 mins last Tuesday.
I am sat in my quarantine hotel watching netflix and the phone rings with an unkown number. The caller knows my name and requests the last 4 digits of my passort and location saying he is from the Stay Home Quarantine police. Then could I open the video and show him the room I was in.
I think I passed and managed to keep my body out of the video.

Looks like the covid certification wont make it through parliament either - clever to give the MPs a vote - if it goes through the govt have what they wanted. if it doesn’t then the govt can blame labour and the Tory awkward squad for killing it and any delays / issues that subsequently arise from the mass attendance events

It’s all gone a bit quiet on this thread, I can’t think why!
So I was supposed to hate the EU last week and sneer at them for raising concerns about the AZ vaccine. It was like they’d insulted our mothers. And what about Canada, why weren’t the Daily Mail and the rest of them telling me to hate Canada and sneer at them for raising similar concerns? It’s all very confusing.
I see the Daily Mail and Express have dropped the term Oxford/AstraZenica and are now just referring it as Astra Zenica, that didn’t take long. It was all ‘Oxford this, and Oxford that’ when they were sticking it to the EU, and it was all made up nonsense by bitter foreigners jealous of our world beating performance, now the UK is doing exactly the same, acknowledging the risk is small but real, and as a result there should be an adjustment in who gets the AZ vaccine. Who knew the EU’s Covid policy and actions weren’t motivated by anti-British hatred? Give it a couple of weeks and it will be the Swedish vaccine, and all AstraZenica’s research team were mostly foreigners, mainly from the EU!
Just to be clear, i have no problem with the advice given today, and would have had no problem at all with getting the AZ vaccine, (although I had the Pfizer). But I do have a problem with the stream of bullshit on AZ from Johnson’s regime and his allies in the media in recent weeks, and from his assorted useful idiots generally. And typically, when it’s time to address the small risks posed by the AZ vaccine, not to mention the volatile situation in Ulster with riots every night, Johnson was nowhere to be seen. He went on a 400 mile round trip to Cornwall for a photo opportunity of him eating an ice cream, on one of the coldest days of the year. They are taking the piss!
