Almost every website that the public sector put up always seems to fall over at first - why is that
Is it rushed to deployment and not properly planned?
Do they underestimate demand?
Now I appreciate in any web site deployment there are teething issues, god knows I 've had my share, but theirs always seem to be catastrophic
This is one area where partnering the private sector would be useful - āHey booking.com - can we borrow your platform and point our URL at part of your siteā We will even sling you a few million

Itās because there are companies like Crapita and Crap Gemini that know this all too well and deliberately run their projects to profit from the design by committee nature of the public sector.
Thatās why I wonāt work for them.

Rules were relaxed a bit here Monday.
Basically, Zakopane in the mountains has a population of 30k.
There are 20k tourists there today. Ski slopes rammed BUT Polics on skis are giving out tickets/fines for no masks/not distancing!
Seen cars from France, Netherlands & Germany with skis on top today alone!
