We were the first to approve both the Pfizer and the AZ vaccines whilst the EU have been dragging their heels. We approved the Pfizer well before Christmas and started vaccinations three days later. The EU authorities werenât even going to meet until 29th December to discuss anything but brought that date forward a few days under pressure from Germany.
Now theyâre saying because they still havenât OKâd the AZ vaccine we should be robbing our supplies so they can stockpile. Their laissez-faire attitude towards ratification of the AZ vaccine is astonishing in the circumstances. As Dr. John Campbell says in his daily briefings, this unwarranted delay in ratification is costing lives of EU citizens as every day passes.
Perhaps they had all just finished undercover work, impregnating hippie environmentalists, or infiltrating drug dealing networks! You never know!

Well in the run-up todayâs briefing on the BBC the director of the Office of National Statistic said the figure of 100000 deaths was old newsâŠthat figure had been hit on 6th January and now on 26th January the real figure was nearer 120000âŠso a damn sight worse.
So this Pfizer export bollocks - turns out that we export to them one of the components they need to make it - reckon that ingredient may quickly become a strategic asset
