Will numbers have fallen enough for schools to fully open after February half term?
Maybe, if the Gov. wants to get them open safely it would be wise to vaccinate all teachers and school support staff? Just an idea.
Yea Iāve seen that. Have to say the roll out for social care staff seems to be going OK. We were sent a link to book a place today. Attended a teams conference this with chief exec that said most people in care home should be vaccinated by the end of week. No idea how many care homes there are locally.
Another covid test this morning swab down the nose and quarantine wristband applied.
Negative result back in under an hour and a half.l
How accurate these tests are I have no idea. Locked up fo 7 days then another swab test but this one results take 2 days to come back.
Someone asked what spec was needed and in true IT unhelpful ness style they were told the minimum spec - not the spec you actually need to run the software at anything like an acceptable level

In Covid/Saints news, the club are giving up on match by match ST refunds. ST holders to be given the option of a refund of all remaining matches or carry the balance forward.

Had a proper email at work today about the roll out of vaccine to social care staff. We had to click on a link if we had or hadnāt had the vaccine and to sign up for spare spaces if we hadnāt. So looks like theyāre organised locally. There are plans for 2 larger vaccination centres too.
Several people are still off sick. Still no idea if one of them does have Covid but she has been off and the manager made a comment about her maybe not being back any time soon. So thinking she probably does have it.
ā¦FFS will someone explain the difference to themā¦maybe quantify it in wasted lives.
