Most Uniâs have already gone to online only as it is.
The vilification of our students is a fucking disgrace.
They obviously havenât thought about how they are getting them back in January unless they are planning for it not to happen.

Hmmm, working as I do at a University I am not so sure.
Students partying, ignoring social distancing etc. etc. etcâŠ
a whole local hockey team had to self isolate because 2 students, who played for the team, tested +ve for Coronavirus, they caught it themselves at a Student party where ALL the other students who attended also tested +ve.
Iâm sure some of the rhetoric is not needed but theyâre not helping themselves.

If you wish to generalise, then you have to be careful you donât step into Daily Fail territory. FFS, one party means all students are the same!
My point is about the rhetoric. The article states that students will go home after lockdown ends as then â(they) will pose a much reduced risk to their loved ones and communitiesâ. This indicates a) blame b) intent to infect and c) all students having a complete lack of morality and social conscience - all of which is hysterical, generalising bullshit and shouldnât be spouted by a Govnt. Minister
Nope, not generalising, I know that 75% of students here are doing as they damn well please and partying most nights in large groupsâŠ
Well, I assume they figure if the Government consider it safe for them to go to University then why should they then cloister themselves as though plague ridden. Itâs either safe or itâs not.

Well, it appears that Trump has come back to the world to claim all the credit for work on vaccines which is coming to fruition.
One lie seemingly exposed was that he said had funded Pfizer in their development of the vaccine, although they had stated that he had not. This was, he said, their mistake.
Trump has not paid for the vaccine development - he has pre-ordered a number of doses once they are green lighted; as far as I can make out, Pfizer will not receive a dime unless and until their vaccine has been green lighted, and they have delivered.
Surprise surprise, Trump is a liar.
