I’d take issue with the word “stealth”, which I generally take to mean achieved without detection. Pretty much all of their initiatives have been counter-intuitive, the outcomes painfully obvious. It has been herd immunity from day one, except they fucked it up so badly that they had to lock everyone up for six months.
And it looks like that’s where we are again.

Arrived in KL after 2 hour flight KLIA was like a ghost town absolutely not one check on temperature or questions on if i had a negative covid test result.
Lack of passengers does make it easier for check in and baggage claim first of the carousel and Taxis no problem.
