:covid_19: đŸ˜· đŸ„ Corona Virus the thread for all your fears ❓

One of our neighbours kids took advantage of the fact mum happened to be away one night a couple of weeks ago - cue a party for 30 18 yr olds. I can guarantee that they were not distancing particularly when the fruity cider started flowing.

Now the obvious “yeah, but” is that these kids will be at school together, but I suspect most will not be copping off with each other and getting shitfaced at school

That’s what rules and teachers are for Fats.

These are what stops most of them from punching the others, or the teachers. Most of the time.

It all started to go downhill when they cracked down on smoking

and drinking in the playing fields.

I’m not sure you realise what a school is like.

Curfews for under 30s on the cards if it carries on

In those days loads came down with a debilitating virus - glandular fever

Let me know when you finish school then

Are you suggesting @Bucks was raised by wolves, like Romulus or Remus?

Shouldn’t that be on the SciFi thread? Raised by Wolves HBO

This has gone very Glam rock very quickly.

Some commentators whinging that the rule of six will mean that Halloween and Christmas parties are cancelled

Failing to see why this is a bad thing to be honest

A very slight distraction from £100billion!!! On testing. Can’t say we weren’t warned. They are now telegraphing their upcoming robbery.

Can’t see us doing ten million tests a day - I can’t see us wazzing £100bn either

That said if 10 m tests a day could guarantee a return to normal, would ÂŁ100bn be worth it? How much did the first lock down cost us?

And logistics contracts likely to go to Serco and G4S who have a conspicuous record of being shite.

Would be cheaper to hire Uber drivers

As quite a staunch Conservative, as I was until I went all soft, do you find it quite depressing having to defend the Government continuously? Is this worse than previous Government’s, or is just that scrutiny is higher? I’m guessing it’s a little of A, a little of B.
