:covid_19: đŸ˜· đŸ„ Corona Virus the thread for all your fears ❓

He makes some good points. Importantly for me

  1. “On March 15, almost a full month ago, the Prime Minister told the Commons that all social care workers would have proper protective equipment “by the end of the week”. Which week did he mean? And by what date will that promise be met?”
  1. “You have been very critical of Premier League footballers. They have now set out how they intend to make a major contribution to those dealing with the crisis. Will you now call on bankers to donate part of their bonuses, hedge funds to donate some of the massive profits they are making even now, with the Prime Minister’s friend and backer Crispin Odey reportedly making £115million in the period of the crisis, and indeed those members of the Cabinet who have considerable personal wealth? Or is it one law for working class young men, and another for rich, privileged, middle aged multi-millionaires?”
  1. “If Parliament could meet weekly in 1940, as a world war was raging, why not now? Why is our democracy reduced to the lowest level of public accountability in modern history?”

So, in answer to Mark Austin, if I had one question, it might be this:

  1. “Mr Raab, as these briefings are pretty useless — partly your fault, partly ours — do you not think Parliament should return as a matter of urgency so that you can be properly questioned and held to account?”

This had me in tears. Only listen to it if you’re alone or around people who won’t judge you for blubbing like a baby.

Wow

Was in hospital for an infection apparently and was then routinely tested. Asymptotic but infected.

So, I listen to 5 Live in the mornings and Rachel is one of the anchors.

That she is tweeting this tells me that questions are starting to be asked.

Some interesting replies to get rhetorical questions.

Thread.

Rachel burden gets me aroused in the morning, particularly when she does that thing when she agrees with Nicky and says “ah-hm”. I’m not sure that’s how you spell it. It’s a sound. More of a feeling. A sexy feeling.

Oops.

This may be a problem for the herd immunity planners. (May be poor tests obviously)

If a department fails to deliver basic equipment, how many staff have to die as a result before it is a resigning matter?
For me, Hancock is in the last chance saloon, and with every broken promise and lie that he tells, the end of his political career should be looming a step closer.
But we are in very strange times where misleading the public is scheduled daily, distracting them with clapping events placates pockets of anger, and integrity left the building decades ago.
Or are we just unlucky to suffer the worst home crisis in living memory while governed by the least talented cabinet in history?

That sir. Is massive news if true.

Herd immunity only works when backed by an effective vaccine.

And vaccine only works IF exposure/antibodies give immunity.
If you keep getting reinfected this could be game over

I am finding her manipulation of the ‘baguette’ somewhat sensual

The worrying thing is that the government’s priorities are on self-preservation now, and by self-preservation, I mean them.

It has been pretty clear from the start that the government was pretty nonchalant about people dying. “Herd immunity”. For a brand new fucking disease that we don’t even have a vaccine for.

The suggestion that NHS staff are over-using PPE equipment is a fucking disgrace. Did the score of NHS workers already dead overuse it, Hancock? Or the scores more that will die because of your fucking inaction?

I am ashamed to be from the same island as these cunts.

Without wanting to be rude or disrespectful, she’s better on the radio.

I find there is a certain wholesomeness to her
 which I find periodically erotic
add in her very sensual voice and I am experiencing ‘french bread dans le pantaloon’
