:Ru: Care to comment on Russian aggression?

That’s a good point, there’s no commemoration of resistors or partisans is there? It’s only national armies that the various dates remember.

They might not have put boots on those particular beaches, but to say they weren’t involved is wide of the mark. Stalin had been pushing for an invasion of this kind for years and wanted it in 1943.

The Allied armies barely did any fighting in Europe until 1943, and then, it was Italy they fought in.

If the Soviets had not been involved, the Allies would likely have faced many of the three million Germany soldiers the Soviets killed in a war of one front.

Stalingrad goes the other way and the whole thing is fucked, and we’d be in the first century of the thousand year reich.

Yeah, I’ve watched the Winds of War, we have Robert Mitchum to thank for convinving the Sovs to do the right thing…

Would have been a very brave and quickly unemployed Polish politician to invite a Russian head of state to this place, seeing as many here still believe the Russians shot down their former president in 2010

Because he is a cunt.
The end.

Why didn’t the Soviet’s not Russians you tit invade Germany?
They were happy for millions to die as long as it wasn’t them, you really need to study a bit, how many volunteered or were conscripted? How many did Stalin kill through terrible tactics?
Just fucking move there Philby.

You know this do you?
The Soviet’s couldn’t keep their union together for less than 10 years without revolt (Hungary) and that was put down with huge force and murderous actions.
Fucking hell lads, read some history.

Time for your medication Barry. Once you’ve calmed down, please explain this.

If they didn’t not, does that mean they did?:joy::joy::joy:
And just in case you’ve forgotten your history 228-11. That makes a mockery of anyone that claims Russia didn’t win the war😘

Why didn’t the Soviet’s invade Germany before the Axis powers invaded the Soviet Union? They were happy for Europe to burn, what about the neutrality pact before then that consigned Poland to history?
I can suggest some books for beginners if you wish.

You can’t even get the name right of your supposed victors of a “World War”, Your knowledge is limited at best.

USSR, Russia, you often mix the two. Just playing along.
Call them what you like, but remember 228-11.
It says it all, doesn’t it?

Explain yourself you fucking halfwit, and I’d never thought I’d be saying that to you.

Steady tiger.

Weren’t we having a similar conversation elsewhere earlier today? Just saying…

Play nicely

You have power @Intiniki - use it wisely

Explain what?
Before you answer, scroll up and reread. It will save us all some time.
As for your personal attack, why surprised. Don’t you remember your own comments from one day to the next?
Anyway this is the latest news thread, so discusing the FACT that RUSSIA won WWII seems a bit out of place, but for those with shorter than average memories Steve Bell has done a handy little picture for you.

In what fucking context was that picture drawn? You seem to take us all for fucking fools, there are a few Russian words for you but I’ll refrain, you’re lacking in knowledge son, seriously you are.

Echo chamber.

Baz, as I said yesterday, if you want discourse can you post clear and concise comments rather than drop cryptic / indecipherable comments into posts. I know what an echo chamber is but have no idea what you’re blathering on about, yet again…

You’re struggling, but unwittingly answer why in your next sentence.

Me or Steve Bell? Also, it’s just you, no one else.

Scared you’ll turn into Putin if you even mention a Russian word?

Unlike the retards that fell for the propaganda that it was anyone apart from the Russians. Get a grip, then explain the insignificance of Operation Bagration and why a single nation accounting for 90% of all nazi forces killed during the war means so little to the simple minded?
Edit: mods can we move this to the Russian aggression thread. We might as well blame them for both world wars, seeing as they get the blame for everything else.
