Totally agree. I think the best we can hope for is a new manager bounce. If we win a couple of our remaining games we’re probably going to just about be alright - whether that be under Sparky’s guidance or Dr Barry Gale I couldn’t give a monkeys. The only worry I have is the board handing Hughes a longer than necessary contract. If it’s just until the end of the season, fine. If it’s more, we could be fucked longer term.

If it’s announced as a fkn 8 game contract, that might reduce the impact on players to give a fuck about anything Hughes says. I can see them cunts, shrugging their shoulders. Who cares? You’ll be gone in 2 months.
We need Shock & Awe! I would announce Hughes on a 50 year contract and tell the players we’ve also given him rights to stay round their houses and bang their wives. I might have a sneaky end of season break clause, but I wouldnt tell anyone bout that.
