:brexit: Brexit - Deal or no deal

Now you’re claiming to be a victim and attacking other posters who disagree with you.

Implying we’re all Tommy Robinson clones? That’s unworthy even form you.

Oh and that “racist Disney Shit” wasn’t racist - listen to the words - it struck me as an appropriate theme tune for you to sing along to. :man_facepalming:

It must be lonely up there on the moral high ground & you wonder why you get the responses you do.

Sorry SOS hit the flag button in error - please ignore

I’ve flagged most of the replies today.

They’re not adding anything.

We’ll see if they survive.

I really don’t give a shit, do what your ‘powers’ require you to do to satisfy your fragile ego…

But thanks for letting me know… not surprising given your form

Same powers as you. I won’t be making the call. They really don’t add anything to the debate.

The fact no one has flagged yours is more that we are happy to let them reflect your opinions and let folks make up theirs own minds … no need to hind behind forum ‘etiquette’ of your own invention…

Gbey will
Disappear and you can go on convincing yourself of your superiority but I am happier leaving you posts up for everyone to see as they can then make their own minds up about you

He doesn’t like the party as it is now because he isn’t running it any longer. I’m with pap on this, I wouldn’t read a word emanating from his lying mouth regardless of how much sense he was making. He forfeited his right to anything resembling respect long ago.

Can we do on-topic instead?

It looks like the much mooted trade deal, which I insist we don’t need (we don’t have one now) might be off the table.

So. No deal Boris. Leave on 31st October Boris. Is now stay in Single Market & Customs Union Boris.
That was quick.

Ah how I miss Politicians with principles. “The Lady’s not for turning”.

Thing is it would be noticed except for the fact it was published in Boris’s fluffer the Fail.

Source?

@saintbletch will moan that I’ve polluted the space time continuum again with a Fail link.

Hmm. Not really seeing it, Filip.

But, in comments that risk unnerving some Eurosceptics, Mr Johnson yesterday suggested he was still pursuing a Brexit transition lasting potentially until the middle of 2021.

He said: ‘Some of the (No Deal) changes that are going to be necessary in the run-up to October 31 will be crucial anyway if we are going to come out of the customs union and single market, as we must, in the course of the next couple of years.’

Logic not position.
IF there is a no deal, how can there be a transition period?
So he mentions transition period then there must be some kind of deal.
Yet he (BJ) has been saying No Deal.
Interpretation of words really.

Check out the video I posted further up the thread Phil, from about 4 minutes on it states that in the event of a no deal, there is a transition period of 10 years where a new deal can be ‘ne-gho-she-eighted’, or something like that. That in itself doesn’t come without some snags, not that I fully understood all of it.

Boris Johnson set his stall out in his first speech.

It boils down to “we want an orderly exit but we’re prepared for no deal, and if that happens, it’s the EU’s fault”

Thing is, Boris knows he’s doing no deal. Dominic Cummings wouldn’t be in the cabinet otherwise.
