I’m a bit confused. Johnson and Biden have been Sabre rattling for weeks to the extent the Ukraine PM has publicly told them to do one and now Johnson is off on a jolly to ā€œEastern Europeā€ and Truss is visiting Moscow. God help us.

All seems like an Anglo-centric concern to me. The French and the Germans don’t want to know.

But who does, it’s Crazy Joe!

Fucking sick of being led by our children.

Sending Truss and Johnson to the region is really going to help isn’t it?

What worries me is that Valentines Day is coming up. I hope Truss has her chastity belt.

Have you clocked her face?

Ah, so that’s why Johnson has her in his cabinet (phnarrr)

I’ve referred to the potential damage that the Remainer Parliament could have wreaked on our institutions, particularly Parliament itself.

As this sorry spectacle drags on, I am starting to form the view that this could be even worse.

A quick recap. We had a government lay down the most authoritarian policies since the end of the Second World War and we very largely complied. The stat is something like 97% compliance.

That government decided it could do what it wanted regardless, allowing numerous parties to take place at Number 10 while the rest of the British public was under house arrest conditions.

The parties are all summary offences, which would attract £100 fines for those convicted, and it seems now that it would have been much easier for the guilty to have been charged and fined.

The cover-up is far worse than the crime. Tory MPs staying silent to protect their sorry arses isn’t a surprise. The truly damaging thing is how the resolution has been passed between institutions and doesn’t seem to be yielding any result.

So instead of just Parliament, as with the Remainer Parliament, the public are rapidly losing more faith in already tarnished institutions such as the Met. This is all coming from the top.

You do not put serial failure Cressida Dick in charge of the Met if you want it to function competently, but you might install her there to heave you out of any shit you get into. God knows she’s crawled out of some stinking fucking piles of shit herself.

Yup, that was well worth a repost.

She was the operational commander during the state murder of Jean-Charles de Menezes. If that is not a case of gross misconduct and incompetence, I don’t know what is.

As long as you are not a Brazilian with a backpack or a P.I. loitering in pub car parks you should be fine.
