Best theme tune ever written

As is this

And for the more romantically inclined… (and any excuse to post pictures of the stunning Julie Christie)

Back to stirring from the brilliant movie Grand Prix from 1966

And another lovely piece of music from another amazing movie score writer, John Williams

For any of you who saw Utopia, the underrated surreal thriller on Channel 4, you’ll be familiar with this piece of interesting electronica from Cristobal Tapia:

My bad! :lou_facepalm_2:

ooh ooh OOH!

Did you know that Salisbury actually won one of the European legs of Jeux sans Frontier back in the day?

It was a HUGE thing, hell they almost had a tickertape parade and so many people stayed in to watch it on the telly that there wasn’t a traffic jam on the inner ring road!

And yes my memory does still work - Salisbury were in Heat 1 and won it in 1972!

Lol at the whole story - skullduggery and everything.

Of course being British we never stood a chance in the Grand Final but hey!

Still genius TV even now - was re-issued something like 0 yearsago & the Video collection became almost as collectable as Thunderbirds, also an Emmy nominated mini series reboot in 2009

Not the theme but back to Zulu for another stirring moment and a classic piece of use of music on film

Not too shabby from Lenny …
