Is this sarcasm?
God this is shite - I’m off to the fridge for alcohol
Can’t see us pulling 3 back in injury time.
Laters chaps…
No one can answer that question. All I know is that family saved our club.
Well that was a wee bit shite.
Bollocks.
Well, I’m off for a few beers with my Sister and BiL at my Mum’s and she’s a Liverpool fan.
Markus hated the Chinese. He was very racist.
What has been right about it?
What are their intentions?
Have they even spoken to the fans?
Katharina selling to her mate, great isn’t it?
As a sidenote, how many shots did we have on target today?
Beansprouts overcooked.
Thanks for asking.
We are a little, how do you put this, um, toothless!
Maybe that’s why the beansprouts were overcooked.
Not good reading I’m afraid…
The only good thing is the teams below us are just as shit. Apart from Stoke!
Everton and Bournemouth to come. Big!
Well chaps…isn’t the final score a little bit better than most of you predicted (see first 3 pages of this thread) yet you all seem to be a little bit pissed off.
Me? I hoped we’d scrape a 0 - 0 draw…at least I got our score correct.
I take no pleasure in getting everything right all the time.
Are Josh Sims and Sam McQueen still alive ? if so, why aren’t they getting a look in ? I thought it was the Southampton Way to offer a pathway to the first team for promising youngster.
You can’t tell me that an enthusiastic Sims could possibly be as shit as Tadic or as ineffective as Redmond… and surely McQueen giving 100% would be a good alternative option to Mr 80% Bertrand
Well yes but the manner in which we lost was a bit pathetic to be honest.
Do you think he wouldn’t? There has been plenty of talk that the club was a short term project. I expect his daughter would have a better idea about this than an internet warrior.
Shane Long was anonymous for 80 minutes then gets replaced with Gabbiadini for the last 10. When we are 3-0 down. No shots on target again. The only time we looked remotely like getting a goal was when JWP was sending crosses in, yet he can’t get a start. He finished last season on a high, got into the England squad, receiving plaudits everywhere, started scoring a few. Now he’s out of the England reckoning, languishing on the bench. I wouldn’t be at all surprised to see him leave in January, more than a few clubs covet him and he will be susceptable to an offer. Still young, ambitious, but clearly will be getting rapidly pissed off that he can’t get a start with us, and the effect this is having on his career. Week after week the same old players are producing dire clueless football, what was Einstein’s definition of madness? Steveintheforest is absolutely spot on regarding the youngsters, surely this team needs shaking up. Sadly i can’t see that happening under Pellegrino. Just watching him on the touchline is depressing, no passion, mostly has a puzzled expression on his face, looks like someone who took a wrong turning and wandered in off the street. It is starting to look blindingly obvious that if he continues in the job there is nothing down for us. Sooner or later that has to be faced, better sooner. Bold decision needed before it’s too late. Get rid.
Sims is definitely injured and will stil be out for a while.
