šŸ–„ ⁉ Basic Online Techie Advice

I was going to suggest a new Hard Drive but it’s also worth moving your User profile folders to the D drive.

Another idea is to move your installed programmes to the D drive as well but you have to do this manually :-

  1. Go at Add and Remove Programs, sort the list by size
  2. Walk the list one by one uninstalling and re-installing to the D drive (most settings will be stored in UserData so you shouldn’t lose anything)

Yep they did say they would look at the data stored on C Drive and sort it out. TBH I don’t care where specifics are stored, as long as it runs quickly and I’m unlikely to run out of space on either of the drives.
I’ve already got 16mb RAM, might see if I can double it too.

To be honest your bottleneck will be your hard disk so as long as you’ve got a fast one it should be all good…

Ask him about installing an NVME drive as your main one

I was going to suggest getting a bigger desk… But mine is just as cluttered…

I’ve been tidying all afternoon and it still looks the same. :face_with_diagonal_mouth:
TBH the rest of the room looks a bit better but I think my main problem is I find it difficult to identify the ā€œit might be useful in the futureā€ from the ā€œuselessā€.

Hint.

BTW you also need a bigger monitor, maybe a 34" widescreen one

Yep it’s what’s called ā€œa landlineā€ but isn’t really as it’s connected through the router.
No it’s a 24" which is big enough for anyone young lady. :stuck_out_tongue:

It’s doesn’t have a card, I have it in my phone and stream my music through my hearing aids. That’s why I don’t need it anymore. Got a pair of Bluetooth sound buds too that I no longer need.

Size isn’t everything. Or do I’ve been told. Hence why I’ve been dieting all month. Now back on the beer ahead of tomorrow afternoon.

I’ve got plenty of micro SD cards, is that what it uses?
