Go on to Mumsnet - it’s full of women who are mums (strangely) and a consensus seems to be about treating biological women as biological women, and trans as whatever they want to be but not forgetting biological women have “rights” and valid opinions as well. Seems biological women aren’t “sexy” enough for msm these days…

In these debates I hark back to an HR approved regional sales meeting i hosted in Bangkok.
We had a mixed team MF & L and i said clearly. No expenses allowed in the evenings & team votes on what type of bars we go to. Guys all voted for Go-Go bars on night 1.
Girls all voted for Gay Bars on night 2.
On night 3 one voted for Ladyboy bars.
Oh that messed up the pretend Alpha Males in the team, but the girls talked to the “hosts” and i listened. Shaped my understanding of the hormone issues.
And tbh my understanding of the financial/life opportunity issues.
The South Africans never forgave me.
My HR Director (who obv came on the trip (on day 1 obv) so to spesk) made a career out of it!)
