I think you broke your post.
As part of the M&S demographic, you are part of a collective that has caused me many a late lunch, with members of your cohort asking for things at the Cafe that Marksys don’t even sell.
And yeah, you all give it the innocent “I’m a senior citizen. I didn’t know such things weren’t possible!” look. But I know what you’re doing, because 20 years from now, I’ll probably be doing it too

WTF do you think we were being trained for over 40 years in the C.S. I went on a work course just before I took early pay-off on how to cope with retirement. We may be old cunts but we’ve been properly trained.

Asking people not to bring attention to the short stature of others is a tall order if you ask me.
