I’m alright with this actually - I’m glad that I’ve finally got you to come out with it.

I am after all being asked to have voted sacrificially.
The only ones who have a right to complain are (as always) the ones earning a shred below the ones who do express any sort of disappointment at their situation.

Yep - still quite angry Bearsy with this whole Brexit malarky - because the result was skewed by ignorance (not all brexit voters are dumb I know this, and not all voted brext because they were xenophobes … I know this to… but enough were and did to make the difference ihmo) so I cant understand why anyone is not angry… given how such a huge decion was in effect left to the the sun readers to swing it - when on the dayof the referendum the sun does a 6 page editorial old news of problems in Calais… that is not democracy.

And I am fucked off with being told I must accept democracy… This is the biggest load of shit, because the principles of democracy dont hold true in this case, because if it does ont work out, I cant vote for the alternative in future… so yeah,I am angry and have no problem in sharing how angry I am.
PS. This has nothing to do with personal circumstances by the way, my pension was fucked long before Brexit, and I live in Scotland so my house might be fucking huge but is worth fuck all…I did go to Tuscany for a holiday one so that must mean I am a big fuck off rich snivelling laywer…

You know what? I really didn’t mean it to turn out like this. I orignally just tried to politely articulate (not even to perusade others), but simply say why I personally decided to vote for Brexit and why it was in my interest to do so.
Since then I’ve been sneered at for earning as little as I do, whilst at the same time being told that I’m actually incredibly lucky.
I’ve been told that it was in my interest to vote for Brexit, but that even if it wasn’t, the onus was on me to vote against my own interests. For the betterment of those better off.
I’ve been told that my aspirations to earn…maybe 35k or so? were entitled and spoilt by people who earn 4-6 times that much, but that also, said aspirations are pathetic and that I should aspire to far more.
God knows what I’m supposed to do. Probably apply again for one of those jobs where the top 42 out of 5000 get a crack of the whip. That’s what I keep doing at least.
I think Gays posts are the right level of angry. He’s right…people should be angry. I don’t believe he’s been overly insulting, but if someone deserves an insult, why not use it?
To be honest, I don’t see any difference between Gays style of posting and Paps. Both make their points forcefully, both stick to their guns, both can be belittling, so any criticism of Gay by Pap is a tad unjustified.
