Carling advertises the lager as 4% alcohol by volume (ABV) but it has been brewed at 3.7% since 2012, its US owners Molson Coors have said.

ABV was reduced in order to cut tax on Carling products, the firm said during a hearing brought by HMRC.

Molson Coors said beer was allowed to have a natural variation of 0.5%, and said customers had not been misled.

You lot need to drink some proper beer like we get in the Philippines Red Horse made by San Miguel 7% ABV proper falling over juice.

There are certainly better tasting beers than these but if I’m wanting to get a bit fuzzy in the brainbox I go for; Adnams Broadside (6.3%) or if I’m feeling particularly self destructive McEwans Cahampion (7.5%). Please drink responibleeehahahahahahaha :lou_lol:
