Hail King Troll Bazza - the man with a warped sense of perspective. I for one am enjoying Christmas with my family (well will do when my hangover for hell clears and I am forgoven for my transgressions) - we are not playing great and there is a chance we might get relegated… and so what? Its football, a game. Something we are fond of but hardly a big deal, but my good friends mother has just had a major stroke and is in hospital and perhaps wont make it to Monday…so get a fucking grip Barry and go troll at fiver web if you need that shit to get your kicks.

Two points dropped and another winnable game gone. Same old story of needing to score more than once to win a game because we can’t keep them out at the other end. Big chances missed as well again.
Now Austin looks like he could have suffered his annual injury and we won’t even be able to rely upon his goals to get us any points. If it’s a hamstring then god knows how many games he’ll miss.
It is all getting rather tedious and I for one think we are in for a struggle now.

Final whinge from me… terrible defending from Yoshida for their goal. He even looked at the bloke just before the cross came in. He was the only player in the box.
When we cannot score more than a single goal, we need to be better at the back and to my mind Yoshida has been culpable for several headed goals against us now. Burnley, Arsenal and today. I know it’s simplistic to say it but that has cost us 5 points.
Point being, if VVD goes in January then we ought to be looking at another CB. Although I suspect we won’t, given we have Stephens and Bednarek.
I am still none the wiser as to what you expect the new owners to say? I am much more interested in hearing what Pellegrino has to say about how is going to turn things around. This inability to win football matches needs to change, and none of us can see where that change is coming from.

Now do we have some kind of finess problem, or is it a mental thing, but we seem to be conceding a lot of late goal and goals in the final quarter of games. Unfortunately this is a common trait for teams that struggle! I seem to remember 2004/5 being notorious for this kind of thing. It is a very bad habit to get into!
