Rayner seems to have got herself tangled up with this house business
Putting the smear campaign accusations aside (I am sure it started out as such, but it seems to have legs), I am not sure I buy into this happily married couple with young kids living in separate homes one mile apart narrative that the labour frontbench have put forward
She is faces a number of different claims, the solutions to which contradict each other., Her initial rebuttal about the CGT issue seems have painted her into a corner.
I wonder if Starmer is putting up some token resistance to appease the old corbyinte wing, whilst secretly rubbing his hands together at the prospect of getting rid of her once and for all.

Who’s next for Starmer, Tommy Robinson? One look at Natalie Elphick’s voting record should have told any self respecting leader of a so called Labour Party not to touch her with a Pope John Paul. What a disgrace Starmer is. You do have to wonder how far to the right he is prepared to go. All welcome except for socialists.

Apparently, his spokesman was asked would they accept Farage and they refused to deny it saying they have conversations with all sorts of people
