Have absolutely no idea.

As I said, I have absolutely no idea.

Angela Rayner

Rayner was born on 28 March 1980 in Stockport, Greater Manchester.[2] She attended Avondale School in Stockport, leaving the school aged 16 after becoming pregnant, and did not obtain any qualifications.[3][4] She later studied part-time at Stockport College, learning British Sign Language, and gaining an NVQ Level 2 in social care.[2][5]

After leaving college, Rayner worked for Stockport Metropolitan Borough Council as a care worker for a number of years.

I bought my parents tickets to see him at the Mayflower a couple of years ago - an inspirational man.

She does come across as from a rough background - that’s what I like about her.

Arficus Maximus.

More on wee Tommy

Bankrupt? Smells fishy.

What’s fishier is that this cunt made the news, ever.

Best present the Remain side ever got.

I thought Mordor East was Penny Mordaunt’s constituency.

If you want a good picture of the state of our media, just compare the treatment of Corbyn vs Starmer.

Corbyn; blamed for every bit of bad business, real or imagined, in the Labour Party because he led the Labour Party.

Starmer; “smeared” because when he led the Crown Prosecution Service, the organisation managed to nick Assange but failed to prosecute Savile.

The latter, even though there is a fuckload more truth to it, is a “disgrace” apparently.

Interesting thing about Johnson having a go at Starmer about Saville is that he’s conveniently forgotten that Thatcher pushed for a knighthood against feedback from the civil service

This from way back:

Do you reckon that might be because:-

a) She’s not the leader of the opposition
b) She wasn’t asking questions at PMQs
c) She’s dead.

All of the above :man_shrugging:t3:

Just thought it interesting that Thatcher and presumably other Tories were apparently blind to or just plain ignoring what others were expressing about Saville even back then - people knew he was a wrong-un.

I’ve mentioned the Thatcher / Savile thing many times here and elsewhere, but she’s not a the dispatch box anymore and wasn’t in charge at the time the case was in the CPS’ purview.

I honestly don’t understand why the PMs simple statement last week is controversial.

Warning. It’s Guido Fawkes and sourced by a lot of Mail articles. But it’s pretty damning. The best dirt always gets chucked about by the other side.

BBC News - No evidence for Boris Johnson’s claim about Keir Starmer and Jimmy Savile

That’s ok then. Nothing to do with Sir Keir at all.

“I have seen nothing to suggest…”

“There is no reference within the report to any involvement from the DPP…”

No amount of obfuscation is going to alter the basic fact that Starmer was in charge, and the buck stopped with him. Even that report, which is hugely weighted in his favour, says outright that had the DPP actually told potential witnesses that others were involved then they may well have agreed to give evidence in the light of that. It doesn’t even attempt to tackle the question of why the fact that they were anything but alone in their allegations wasn’t disclosed to them. I’d have expected that would have given them reassurance, not just for themselves but that they wouldn’t be the only ones making such allegations against a man who had plenty of money to fight in court and plenty of influence to boot.
